    11. Plural and gender references are interchangeable.
    12. “Includes” implies “without limitation”.

    3.2 The price shown excludes GST and delivery charges (where applicable).
    3.3 Payment is required in full when ordering via card or HitPay.
    3.4 Ensure that the payment card used is authorized and has sufficient funds.
    3.5 We reserve the right to verify payment details before processing.
    3.6 Review these Terms & Conditions before submitting each order.
    3.7 An order is valid until confirmed by us.
    3.8 We are not obliged to supply a product until the order is confirmed.
    3.9 A contract is formed upon sending an order confirmation email.
    3.10 For order amendments, send us an email via contact@global-aesthetics.sg promptly.
    3.11 If there are pricing changes, we will seek your confirmation to proceed.
    3.12 A contract covers only the products confirmed in the order.
    3.13 Ensure all information you submit is accurate and updated.
  5. Cancellation
    4.1 If a product is unavailable, we will cancel and refund your order.
    4.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  6. Customer Cancellation (Non-Faulty Products)
    Cancellation of orders is not permitted once placed. Please review your order carefully before submission.
  7. Faulty Products
    6.1 We guarantee the product will be delivered undamaged and as described.
    6.2 Use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
    6.3 Minor adjustments may be made before delivery.
    6.4 Retain faulty products in their condition for inspection.
    6.5 For faulty products, write to us via contact@global-aesthetics.sg with:
    1. Your name, order number, and product details.
    2. A description of the damage.
      6.6 If the product shows signs of misuse, we may not provide a refund or replacement and may charge for return delivery.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    This clause limits our liability for non-performance or delays related to the Terms & Conditions.
  9. Guarantee and Complaints Management
    8.1 We aim to perform our obligations with reasonable care.
    8.2 We value customer satisfaction and will address concerns promptly.
    8.3 For complaints, provide detailed information and order references.
  10. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
    9.1 We are not responsible for breaches caused by events beyond our control.
    9.2 If such an event lasts three days, either party may terminate the contract.
    9.3 We reserve discretion on fulfilling orders if supply is limited.
    9.4 We are not liable for damages from product or website use.
  11. Notices
    10.1 Notices must be sent via email to the relevant party.
    10.2 Postal notices are deemed served within three business days; email notices are deemed served upon receipt confirmation.
  12. Advertising
    We will comply with relevant advertising standards.
  13. General
    12.1 We keep order records for six years; customers are encouraged to keep copies of their orders.
    12.2 Failure to enforce any rights does not waive them.
    12.3 If a clause is deemed unenforceable, other clauses remain valid.
    12.4 No partnership or employment relationship is implied.
    12.5 The Terms & Conditions are governed by Singapore law.

    We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, with continued use implying acceptance.
  15. Inaccuracy Disclaimer
    We may correct website errors or omissions without prior notice, even after an order is submitted.
